Use

All policies, terms, and guidelines for our services must be followed.

Do not access our sites or services in a manner which they are not intended or designed. Only use our services as permitted under applicable laws, including all applicable foreign and domestic laws. APC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone being investigated for policy or terms violations. APC will refuse to display content which is suspected of violating our terms, policies, or applicable laws.

APC reserves ownership and property rights of the methods and data used to operate APC's services. However, APC displays content which is not APC's own and is made available by another party. This content is the responsibility of the content originator. APC does not always manually review the content, and does not manually alter the content. APC does use automated methods to display and manipulate content.

APC protects and respects the privacy and rights of those who use our services. Ownership rights and property rights of content and intellectual property are retained by the user or supplier of content uploaded to APC. Content must never be uploaded or provide to APC which infringes on any copyrights.

Content uploaded or provided to APC gives APC a global license to use, modify, store, reproduce, alter, and make derivative works to enhance APC's services. For content sold through APC, APC charges a minimum fee or a percentage of the item price, whichever is higher. PayPal and/or other merchant service may be used to pay suppliers of content via the associated account users email addresses. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Liabilities

APC provides services which are created to be of the highest quality and standards. However, APC does now make any claims about the specific content, availability, reliability, or any other claims. The services and sites provided by APC are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

APC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of APC's sites or services. Using APC's sites and services means you hold APC and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from suit, claim, or action. If you are using APC on behalf of a business, the business agrees to these terms.

These terms may be added to in the future. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will take precedence.

Claims arising from the use of our services or sites will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts nearest to San Luis Obispo, California, United States. Whenever possible, the laws of California, United States will apply in any disputes or claims.
